History
From pharmaceutical promotional material to bag production.
1995
Started as a promotional material supplier
We began supplying promotional material and media to several pharmaceutical companies. That work taught us how corporate buyers operate: tight dates, large quantities, and standards that are not negotiable.
2000
PT Huda Rachma Grupindo formally established
The company was incorporated and the focus moved to manufacturing bags and fabric-based accessories on our own sewing lines.
Today
300 sewing machines, 2,500,000 pieces a year
The plant runs 300 sewing machines and 16 support machines, serving promotional, merchandise and finished-goods orders for the domestic and export markets.

Process
Six stages, from brief to dispatch.
Brief and quotation
We take your specification, work out material and line time, and send a quotation.
Pattern and sample
A pattern is cut and one counter sample sewn for you to check. Changes made here cost a fraction of changes made once the line is running.
Sample approval
The sample is approved in writing. From that point it is the single reference for the whole order.
Cutting and sewing
Material is cut to pattern and enters the sewing lines on the agreed schedule.
Finishing and QC
Printing, trims and final assembly. Goods are inspected before they are packed.
Packing and dispatch
Packed to your requirement, then delivered to your warehouse or to the port for export.
Team
The people who will run your order.
Production, order administration and quality control share an office with the production floor. When a question comes up mid-order, the answer does not have to travel through three companies.
Come and see it.
We welcome buyer visits to the factory. For overseas buyers who cannot travel yet, we can send photographs and video of your order in production.
