Quality control
Four inspection points.
Incoming material
Fabric is checked on arrival for colour, weight, width and defects. Material that fails goes back before anything is cut.
On the line
Inspection runs while sewing runs, rather than waiting until the order is finished. A pattern or stitching fault is caught while the quantity affected is still small.
Finishing
Print quality, logo position, trims and stitch finish are checked before anything is packed.
Before shipment
A final check on packed goods, compared against the sample you approved.
Inspection standards and sampling levels can be adjusted to a buyer’s own requirement.
Certification
Certification and audits.
We do not list certifications we do not hold. If your order requires a factory audit or a specific certification, raise it early and we will tell you what we can meet.
Export
Shipping overseas.
We have export experience and are used to the documents and packing that go with it. Shipping and payment terms are agreed for each destination before an order is confirmed.

Individual polybags, master cartons marked to the buyer’s requirement.
Shipping terms
FOB Jakarta (Tanjung Priok). Other terms can be discussed.

Invoice, packing list and any further export documents required by the destination country.

How do you make sure production matches the sample?
The sample you approved becomes the single reference for the whole order. Final inspection compares finished goods against that physical sample rather than against the design drawing.
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes. You can come yourself, send a representative, or use a third-party inspection service before shipment. Tell us early so the timing can be built into the schedule.
What are the payment terms for an export order?
Payment terms are agreed per order before production starts and are written into the formal quotation. For a first order with a new buyer there is normally a deposit up front and the balance before shipment.
What happens if goods do not meet specification?
Tell us as soon as you can, with photographs and the quantity affected. We check against the approved sample, then agree a repair, replacement or adjustment based on what we find.
